I am a British Wheel of Yoga trained Teacher, with classes on Monday 7.30pm – 9.30pm at Istead Rise Memorial Hall.
Spaces are currently full and there is a waiting list open for the Monday evening sessions.
1-1 classes are also available to book, just get in-touch on the contact details below.
As a Yoga Instructor I want my lessons to be fun, interactive, strong and empowering. I love watching students make their journey to various postures, achieving goals each week. By achieving their Yoga goals I hope that they feel empowered to step off the mat and achieve their life goals.
My lessons are all about you and your Yoga, and I love being with you on that journey.
The Yoga classes held in Istead Rise are open to all abilities. The classes are taught in stages which allows all levels to enjoy the class together.
We work through strength and necessary warmups to achieve Yoga postures safely. The warmups and postures are great to achieve in the class, but it is the effect on the body in everyday life that makes Yoga so magical.

“Enjoy your body use it every way you can… Don’t be afraid of it or what other people think of it, it’s the greatest instrument you’ll ever own” ~ Baz Luhrmann
To answer the three top questions asked –
Do I need to be flexible?
No, definitely not. It’s great whatever level of flexibility to have to observe your progress through the classes. The key in the class is gaining strength, a side effect of becoming stronger is an increase in flexibility.
Do I need equipment?
We can make arrangements for you to borrow some equipment when you first start however you will need one mat, two blocks and a strap for our classes.
Do I need to book?
